If employers want to go a step further, they can provide employee training to help them improve, gain confidence, and stay satisfied. Because it is critical to retain employees and ensure their happiness, especially in times of labor shortages. This is often referred to as employee retention. Several studies have found that personal development is more essential than salary and other perks. So there's work to be done!
